What I collect
When you use the contact form: your first name, last name, email address, and anything you write in the message box. Nothing else is collected through the form.
Why
Only to reply to you and keep a record of our conversation. I do not use it for advertising.
Selling and sharing
I do not sell or share your personal information outside of the backend platforms I use to run my consultancy website, which are used to process your request and minimally function.
Where it is kept
In a secure database, my business email, and a private business spreadsheet. Only I can access them. Service providers that host these tools process the data on my behalf.
How long
I maintain records of client inquiries and information shared with me, securely, until client or owner of the data requests it to be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to know what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email heather@heatheraho.com and I will respond within 45 days. You will not be treated differently for using these rights.
